1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BingeBear.tv ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber", "you") and Infinite Money LLC ("BingeBear", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe to the Service.

2. The Service

BingeBear provides an internet-based television streaming service that delivers live sport, movies, box sets, and 10,000+ channels to compatible devices over your broadband connection.

The Service includes:

• Access to live TV channels and on-demand content
• Smart streaming technology that adapts to your internet speed
• Multi-device access on a single account
• Customer support via WhatsApp and email

Content availability may vary by region and is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that specific channels or programmes will be available at all times.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Free Trial

We offer a free 24-hour trial to new subscribers. The trial provides full access to the Service with no payment card required.

Trial terms:

• Limited to one trial per person, household, or device
• We reserve the right to determine trial eligibility at our sole discretion
• The trial automatically expires after 24 hours unless you subscribe to a paid plan
• No charges are incurred during or after the trial unless you actively choose to subscribe

5. Pricing & Payment

The Service is available on monthly and annual subscription plans. Current pricing:

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the then-current price unless you cancel before renewal.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. If you are not satisfied within 90 days, contact us for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

No refunds are issued for partial billing periods after the 90-day guarantee window, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense your account or access credentials
• Use the Service for commercial or public broadcast purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service or its delivery systems
• Use VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to circumvent geographic or technical restrictions
• Record, download, or redistribute any content accessed through the Service
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with BingeBear are the property of Infinite Money LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use only.

Content delivered through the Service is owned by third-party rights holders. Your subscription grants you a viewing licence only — not ownership of any content.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the Service, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will aim to provide advance notice)
• Unscheduled technical issues or server outages
• Third-party infrastructure failures (CDN, ISP, upstream providers)
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Stream quality depends on your internet connection speed and network conditions. Our smart streaming technology adjusts automatically, but we cannot guarantee specific resolution or bitrate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Money LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• Your payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period
• We are required to do so by law
• We cease to offer the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cancel your subscription before they take effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For subscribers in the UK and EU, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable local law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and EU Consumer Rights Directive.
