Information you provide

• Account data: name, email, phone (WhatsApp), country
• Payment data: processed and stored by Stripe. We receive only a truncated card reference and transaction id, never your full card number
• Support correspondence: messages sent via WhatsApp, email, or contact forms
• Newsletter: email address if you subscribe to updates

Information collected automatically

• Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, screen resolution
• Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referral source
• Consent data: the optional analytics and advertising choices saved on your device

Information we do not collect. We do not collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, or biometric data.

3. How we use your data

6. International transfers

As a US-based company serving UK and EU customers, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Form submissions may also be processed by HighLevel and, for internal notifications, CallMeBot. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), UK transfer safeguards, and data processing agreements with our processors.

7. Data retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

• Account data: duration of your subscription plus 12 months after cancellation
• Payment records: 7 years (tax and accounting requirements)
• Support correspondence: 24 months after last contact
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
• First-party analytics data: up to 26 months, unless you withdraw consent earlier
• Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta data: retained under the provider settings and policies; browser identifiers are listed in our Cookie Policy

After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. Essential storage is used for the site and to remember your privacy choice. First-party measurement and Microsoft Clarity load only after analytics consent; Meta Pixel loads only after advertising consent. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data: SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, payments processed through PCI DSS-compliant Stripe infrastructure, access controls and authentication on all internal systems, regular security reviews of our infrastructure. No system is 100 percent secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the website at least 30 days in advance. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
