• Payment data: processed and stored by Stripe. We receive only a truncated card reference and transaction id, never your full card number
• Support correspondence: messages sent via WhatsApp, email, or contact forms
• Newsletter: email address if you subscribe to updates

Information collected automatically

• Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, screen resolution
• Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referral source

Information we do not collect. We do not collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, or biometric data.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

• Account data: duration of your subscription plus 12 months after cancellation
• Payment records: 7 years (tax and accounting requirements)
• Support correspondence: 24 months after last contact
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
• Analytics data: 26 months (anonymised)

After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
