This guarantee applies to your first subscription with BingeBear. The 90-day period begins on the date of your first payment (not the start of any free trial).

Once your refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. We cannot process refunds to alternative payment methods or accounts.
Upon refund, your subscription is cancelled and access to the Service is revoked at the end of your current billing period (or immediately, at your request).
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
After the 90-day guarantee period, we do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of that billing period.
Cancellation and refunds are separate actions:

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Under these regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you believe your statutory rights have not been met, you may contact your local consumer protection authority or Trading Standards office.
