BingeBear IPTV Refund Policy

1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our promise: If you are not completely satisfied with your BingeBear IPTV subscription within 90 days of your first payment, we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first IPTV subscription with BingeBear. The 90-day period begins on the date of your first payment (not the start of any free trial).

Eligibility:

  • Available to first-time IPTV subscribers only
  • Applies to monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans
  • Covers the full amount paid during the 90-day period
  • No usage restrictions — use the service fully during the guarantee period

2. How to Request an IPTV Refund

To request a refund on your BingeBear IPTV subscription, contact our support team through one of these channels:

When requesting a refund, please include:

  • Your registered email address
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 24 hours.

3. Refund Processing

Once your IPTV refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. We cannot process refunds to alternative payment methods or accounts.

Upon refund, your IPTV subscription is cancelled and access to the service is revoked at the end of your current billing period (or immediately, at your request).

4. What Is Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 90-day guarantee period (unless required by law)
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service (including account sharing, reselling, or abuse)
  • Second or subsequent subscriptions by the same person, household, or device
  • Service issues caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party software

After the 90-day guarantee period, we do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your IPTV subscription mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of that billing period.

5. IPTV Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and refunds are separate actions:

You can cancel your BingeBear IPTV subscription at any time by sending a single WhatsApp message or emailing us. No phone calls, no retention teams, no hassle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. UK & EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, Ireland, or the EU, you have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Under these regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.

Our 90-day money-back guarantee exceeds your statutory 14-day cooling-off rights. You benefit from whichever period is longer.

Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you believe your statutory rights have not been met, you may contact your local consumer protection authority or Trading Standards office.
