Get set up in minutes

From your Firestick home screen:

1. Go to Settings (the gear icon at the top right).
2. Select My Fire TV (or Device on older models).
3. Select Developer Options.
4. Turn on Apps from Unknown Sources (or Install Unknown Apps).
5. If asked, confirm by selecting Turn On.

Can’t see Developer Options? Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About, then click on your device name 7 times quickly. A message will appear saying “You are now a developer.” Go back and Developer Options will now be visible.

1. From the Firestick home screen, go to the Search icon (magnifying glass).
2. Type Downloader.
3. Select the Downloader app (orange icon by AFTVnews).
4. Click Download or Get.
5. Wait for it to install, then click Open.

The Downloader app is free and is the standard way to sideload apps on Firestick. You only need to install it once.

1. Open the Downloader app.
2. If prompted, allow any permissions it asks for.
3. You’ll see a text box on the Home tab. Enter the code: 6402995
4. Press Go.
5. The app file (APK) will begin downloading.

Backup codes (if the main code isn’t working):

• 923441
• 1171959
• 815778

Try each backup code one at a time if needed. One of them will always work.

1. Once the download finishes, an install prompt will appear.
2. Click Install.
3. Wait for the installation to complete (usually 10–15 seconds).
4. When it says “App installed”, click Open.

If you see a “blocked by Play Protect” message, tap Install Anyway — this is normal for sideloaded apps.

1. When you open the app for the first time, you’ll see a screen showing your MAC address and Key.
2. Take a screenshot of this screen (press and hold the Home button + the Select button on your Firestick remote at the same time).
3. Send the screenshot to us on WhatsApp.
4. We’ll activate your device within minutes.

Tip: If you can’t take a screenshot, just write down the MAC address and Key and send them to us as a text message on WhatsApp.

1. After we confirm your activation on WhatsApp, fully close the app (press the Home button to go back to the Firestick home screen).
2. Wait 2 minutes to let everything sync up.
3. Reopen the app.
4. Your channels should now load — all 80,000+ of them. You’re sorted!

If the channels don’t appear, try force-closing the app: go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications, find the app, select Force Stop, then reopen it.

If the main code 6402995 isn’t working, try these backup codes one at a time:

• 923441
• 1171959
• 815778

Still not working? Here are a few things to check:

• Make sure you’re entering the code in the Home tab of Downloader, not the Browser tab.
• Check your internet connection is stable.
• Restart your Firestick and try again.
• If none of the codes work, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll send you a direct download link.

• Make sure we’ve confirmed your activation on WhatsApp first.
• Fully close the app and reopen it after 2 minutes.
• Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications, find the app, and select Force Stop, then reopen.
• Check your internet connection — try loading a YouTube video to make sure it’s working.
• If you’re still not seeing channels, send us a fresh screenshot of your MAC & Key on WhatsApp and we’ll check your activation.

Buffering is almost always an internet issue, not a BingeBear issue. Here’s how to fix it:

• Check your speed: You need at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K.
• Use ethernet: If possible, plug your Firestick into an ethernet adapter — wired is always more stable than Wi-Fi.
• Move closer to your router: If using Wi-Fi, make sure there are no thick walls between the Firestick and the router.
• Restart your router: Unplug it for 30 seconds, plug it back in, wait 2 minutes.
• Clear the app cache: Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications, find the app, and select Clear Cache.
• Restart your Firestick: Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Restart.

If the app is asking you to pay or subscribe, do not pay it. The app (IBO Pro Player) is just a player — your subscription is through BingeBear, not through the app.

• Make sure you sent us your MAC & Key on WhatsApp and that we confirmed your activation.
• Close the app fully and reopen it — the payment screen should disappear once your device is activated.
• If you’re still seeing the payment screen after we’ve activated you, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it.

On newer Firestick models, Developer Options is hidden by default. Here’s how to unlock it:

1. Go to Settings > My Fire TV > About.
2. Click on your Fire TV Stick name (at the top) 7 times quickly.
3. You’ll see a message: “You are now a developer.”
4. Press the Back button to go back to My Fire TV.
5. Developer Options will now appear in the menu.
6. Select it and turn on Apps from Unknown Sources.

1. Press the Home button on your Samsung remote.
2. Navigate to Apps (usually in the bottom menu bar).
3. Select the Search icon (magnifying glass) in the top right.

Your Samsung TV needs to be a 2017 or newer model running the Tizen operating system. If your TV is older than 2017, you can use a Firestick instead — it plugs right into the HDMI port.

1. In the search bar, type IBO Pro Player.
2. Select it from the results.
3. Click Install.
4. Wait for the download and installation to finish.

2. Navigate to the LG Content Store (the shopping bag icon in the app row).
3. Select Apps and then use the Search function.

Your LG TV needs to be a 2016 or newer model running WebOS. If your telly is older, a Firestick is a brilliant alternative — just plug it into the HDMI port.

If your Android TV box doesn’t have the Play Store, or if the app isn’t available in your region, use the Downloader method:

1. Go to Settings > Security (or Privacy) and enable Unknown Sources.
2. Install the Downloader app from the Play Store (or sideload it if Play Store isn’t available).
3. Open Downloader and enter the code: 6402995
4. Press Go and the APK will download.
5. Click Install when prompted.
6. Open the app, take a photo of the MAC address screen, and send it to us on WhatsApp.
7. After activation, close the app, wait 2 minutes, and reopen.

Note: IBO Player and IBO Pro Player both work — they’re from the same developer. Use whichever method is easiest for you.

1. Open Safari (or your preferred browser) and go to iboplayer.com/downloads.
2. Download the Mac (Intel x64) version.
3. Open the downloaded .dmg file.
4. Drag the app into your Applications folder.

Important: IBO Pro Player doesn’t have a Mac version yet, so you’ll need to use IBO Player (standard version) instead. It works just the same.

If you have an M1/M2/M3 Mac, the Intel version will run through Rosetta 2 (Apple’s built-in compatibility layer) — no extra setup needed.

1. Open IBO Player from your Applications folder.
2. If macOS says the app is from an “unidentified developer”, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy and click Open Anyway.
3. The app will open and display your MAC address.

MAG Boxes work differently — there’s no app to install. Instead, we set up a portal URL for your device.

1. Find your MAG Box’s MAC address. It’s usually on a sticker on the bottom or back of the device. It starts with 00:1A:79.
2. Send the MAC address to us on WhatsApp.
3. We’ll send you back a Portal URL to enter into your MAG Box.

1. On your MAG Box, go to Settings (or press the Setup/Menu button on the remote).
2. Navigate to System Settings > Servers.
3. Select Portals.
4. In Portal 1 Name, type BingeBear (or whatever you like).
5. In Portal 1 URL, enter the Portal URL we sent you on WhatsApp.
6. Press OK or Save.

1. After saving the Portal URL, go back to the main menu.
2. Restart your MAG Box (unplug the power, wait 10 seconds, plug it back in).
3. The MAG Box will boot up and automatically connect to the BingeBear portal.
4. Your channels will load — all 80,000+ of them. You’re sorted!

If the portal doesn’t load, double-check the URL for typos. If you’re still stuck, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll walk you through it.

If you prefer to use your own IPTV app instead of IBO Pro Player, we can provide you with Xtream Codes API credentials. Just message us on WhatsApp and ask for your Xtream login.

You’ll receive three pieces of information:

• Server URL — the server address (e.g. http://example.com:port)
• Username — your unique username
• Password — your unique password

Enter these three details into your preferred IPTV app using the “Xtream Codes API” login option.

Some apps require an M3U URL rather than Xtream Codes credentials. We can provide this too — just ask on WhatsApp.

The M3U URL is a single link you paste into your app. It contains your full channel list. Some apps also support an EPG URL (electronic programme guide) for TV listings — we’ll send both if your app supports it.

BingeBear works with any IPTV app that supports Xtream Codes API or M3U playlists. Here are the most popular ones:

• TiviMate — Android and Firestick. Widely considered the best IPTV player for Android TV.

• VLC Media Player — Available on everything (Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS). Use M3U URL method.
• Kodi — Available on everything. Use the PVR IPTV Simple Client add-on with your M3U URL.

In each app, look for the option to add a playlist via Xtream Codes API or M3U URL, and enter the credentials we sent you.

Here’s how to set up IPTV Smarters Pro as an example (most apps follow a similar pattern):

1. Install IPTV Smarters Pro from the App Store, Play Store, or sideload on Firestick.
2. Open the app and select Login with Xtream Codes API.
3. Enter the following (provided by us on WhatsApp):
   • Any Name: Type “BingeBear” (or whatever you like)
   • Server URL: The server URL we gave you
   • Username: Your username
   • Password: Your password
4. Tap Add User or Login.
5. Wait for the channel list to load — this may take a minute the first time.
6. Done! Browse categories and start watching.

Tip: We always recommend IBO Pro Player as the main app. It’s the simplest to set up and works brilliantly. Third-party apps are there for customers who have a preference.
