Extra devices and simultaneous use
One account serves one device. If you want another device while keeping the old one in use, ask about a new subscription or the buy-two-get-the-third-free option first.

Test the broadband connection
Check playback where the TV or device will sit. If Wi-Fi is unreliable, compare a wired connection where practical and pause large downloads while testing.
A speed-test figure alone does not guarantee picture quality. Try the exact channels or titles important to you during the trial and tell support what device, player and connection you used.
